Article 1 — Purpose of the contract

These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter “the Terms”) govern all contractual relations between Flexair Park SRL, a private limited liability company, and any person, hereinafter “the Customer”, booking a parking space through the flexairpark.com website or by telephone.

The service consists in making a parking space available near Brussels Airport, including a free return shuttle service to the terminal, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Article 2 — Prices and payment terms

Prices are expressed in euros, all taxes included, and include Belgian VAT at the applicable statutory rate. They can be consulted on the car parks page and are calculated automatically according to the length of stay, the category (indoor / outdoor) and any promotional codes.

A deposit of 20% of the total amount is required at the time of booking in order to confirm it. The balance is paid on site when the vehicle is dropped off, by bank card or in cash. The Customer may also choose to pay in full online.

Online payments are secured by our provider Stripe. Flexairpark stores no bank details on its servers.

Article 3 — Booking and confirmation

Bookings are made through the booking flow accessible from the home page. The Customer enters their entry and exit dates, licence plate and contact details, and pays the deposit.

Once payment has been validated, the Customer receives a confirmation email containing their booking reference, the address of the car park allocated to them and the instructions for the day of drop-off. If this email has not arrived within 30 minutes of payment, the Customer is invited to check their spam folder or to contact support.

The exact car park allocated among the available sites (Bessenveldstraat, Berkenlaan, Haren) is specified in the confirmation email.

Article 4 — Cancellation and refunds

The Customer may take out cancellation insurance for €8 when booking. This option is ticked by default and can be unticked.

Without cancellation insurance:

  • Cancellation at least 24 hours before the scheduled entry date: full refund of the deposit.
  • Cancellation less than 24 hours before the entry date, or no-show: the deposit paid is forfeited.

Any cancellation request must be made from the customer area or, failing that, by email to contact@flexairpark.com.

Article 5 — Liability

Flexairpark does everything possible to ensure the security of the vehicles entrusted to it, in particular through CCTV in the indoor areas and permanent lighting of the outdoor car parks. The Customer nevertheless remains responsible for their vehicle and its contents throughout the period of parking.

The Customer is expressly advised not to leave any valuables visible in the vehicle. Flexairpark accepts no liability in the event of theft of personal belongings left inside the vehicle.
